I first encountered Jennifer when she sold a unit similar to mine. She seemed very confident and was always very professional in dress and demeanor. I am disabled and she even helped me pack because of an early closing. I have a friend now. She has called a couple of times since the closing to see how things were going. I would hire her for any future moves. She was the best!!!

While that property did not meet my needs, we soon found the house I now call home and the rest is history! Tim is well-established in the community and knows his market intimately. I followed his lead and when all was said and done, I got my home below it's appraised value. I purposely waited several months to post this review, not because I didn't trust Tim, but rather because I needed to get to know my community and the market better before being able to offer a meaningful review. What I have learned in this time is that Tim's name is very well-known throughout Filmore County. His signs can be spotted pretty much everywhere and when people ask me who I worked with while purchasing my home, everyone's reaction has been favorable when I say the name Tim Danielson. Abby helped me during a very difficult time after unexpectedly, losing my father and having to quickly sell his house. Abby was extremely knowledgeable and was right on with all of her suggestions for updates and for price. She was extremely responsive, answered all questions and was available whenever I needed help. She did a beautiful job staging my dad‘s property and was a wealth of knowledge about the whole process. She showed kindness, compassion, empathy, care, and made the process so easy.
