Very happy with the service provided by Scott Ulland. He did a good market analysis to determine a realistic listing price. He follows up on everything he promises to do. He provided advice on several questions we had that impacted having the property ready to list and to show good. He has very good knowledge of the market in Austin. He provided good communication throughout the process and is very prompt with returning calls and keeping us informed on how the sale and closing steps were scheduled or occurring.

I first encountered Jennifer when she sold a unit similar to mine. She seemed very confident and was always very professional in dress and demeanor. I am disabled and she even helped me pack because of an early closing. I have a friend now. She has called a couple of times since the closing to see how things were going. I would hire her for any future moves. She was the best!!!
