He presented homes in our area of the city which were comparable to ours. He helped us understand what we needed to do to make the home attractive to prospective home buyers. He did all of the required background work with the title company supporting us for the sale. He reviewed several alternatives we could pursue to put our home up for sale. The path we chose to follow made good sense to us. Dave did all the work to bring it forward on the schedule we desired. Our desire for more information from the purchasers was obtained for us. We reviewed our most desirable offers and countered per Dave's experience and advice.
