Jonathan worked hard to show our home, the MLS advertising really helped. The house sold more quickly than we expected for our asking price, so I'll always wonder if we should have asked for more. I feel that he should have known and been able to advise us about the expensive fixes we had to make ($25,000 septic system and $3,000 radon removal system) so we could have adjusted the price accordingly.
