I have had the pleasure to work with Stephanie on 4 separate transactions so far and it has been a 5 star experience every time. My most recent property she advised me when to put it on the market at a time when a lot of changes were happening in Mpls. She was spot on, and it sold fast in a multiple offer situation. I couldn’t be happier with the results and sold for way more than I could have imagined while other houses were taking price reductions. Stephanie is phenomenal with her staging skills, the house looked like a model. Don’t underestimate the power staging can do with your property to help get you top dollar. I trust Stephanie so much that during negotiating I allow her a limit to play with and she has always used it to get me as a buyer or a seller the best deal. I couldn’t be happier with the experiences I have had with her and look forward to many more transactions in the future. Thank you Stephanie for everything, you simply are the best realtor I have ever worked with!!

Art was referred to us by several mutual friends. He helped us buy our new home, as well as sell our old home. To say we enjoyed working with him and his team is an understatement. It was a privilege. They made the buying and selling processes so easy and rather enjoyable.

Jennifer did a great job for us on the sale of our Bayport home. We would highly recommend her real estate services! She is extremely hard working and was there for us to answer questions. Jennifer staged our home and made it look a lot better, Also, she was able to give us referrals to carpet vendors, roofers, and other contractors. Thank you!
