I have had the pleasure to work with Stephanie on 4 separate transactions so far and it has been a 5 star experience every time. My most recent property she advised me when to put it on the market at a time when a lot of changes were happening in Mpls. She was spot on, and it sold fast in a multiple offer situation. I couldn’t be happier with the results and sold for way more than I could have imagined while other houses were taking price reductions. Stephanie is phenomenal with her staging skills, the house looked like a model. Don’t underestimate the power staging can do with your property to help get you top dollar. I trust Stephanie so much that during negotiating I allow her a limit to play with and she has always used it to get me as a buyer or a seller the best deal. I couldn’t be happier with the experiences I have had with her and look forward to many more transactions in the future.
