Although this property was in the eastern suburbs, Brian took the time to study the market and educated us what the property should sell for. He told us what we needed to hear, not what we wanted to hear so the property was properly priced right from the beginning. In addition, he hit directly on what he felt was needed as far as updates and this also influenced the overall market time. Bottom line: Brian doesn't mess around trying to get your listing by showing you fictional prices and his knowledge base is in a class of its own.
