This was the second house Chris helped us buy. He’s been so helpful and knowledgeable throughout the process - we were “casually” looking and had Chris show us a variety of houses before calling Chris last minute to tour a house that had JUST come on the market. Chris got us in within two hours, we had an offer in an hour later and they’d accepted that evening with no counter. He coached us through the process to put together a very clean offer which was the reason they accepted it so quickly!
