I cannot recommend Tim Schepers highly enough! He was our agent for both selling our previous home and purchasing our new one, and he handled both transactions with an exceptional level of diligence, professionalism, and expertise. What I initially thought would be a stressful and complicated process turned out to be incredibly smooth, thanks to his hard work and dedication. Our situation was far from simple, with contingencies, shifting timelines, and plenty of moving parts, but Tim remained flexible, proactive, and eager to help us every step of the way. His deep knowledge—not just of the market, but of the homes themselves—was invaluable. He provided honest, well-informed insights that helped us make smart decisions, steering us away from potential pitfalls while still maintaining an optimistic and solution-oriented approach. His work ethic is second to none. Whether it was selling our home for the best possible price or finding the perfect new place for us, he was always responsive, detail-oriented, and truly invested in our success. I’m incredibly grateful to have had him by our side throughout this journey, and I would absolutely work with him again in the future. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, hardworking, and truly dedicated to his clients, Tim Schepers is the one to call. He is one in a million! From the bottom of our hearts: Thank you for everything, Tim.

Larry's professionalism, knowledge, and dedication truly set them apart in a crowded field. From our very first conversation, he took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and made me feel like a priority. His deep understanding of the market, attention to detail, and honest guidance gave me complete confidence throughout the entire process. He was always available to answer questions, provide updates, and offer thoughtful advice without ever making me feel pressured. What really stood out was his commitment to going above and beyond. Whether it was scheduling last-minute showings, negotiating skillfully on my behalf, or ensuring every detail was handled smoothly, they consistently exceeded expectations. His communication was clear, prompt, and reassuring at every step. Thanks to his expertise and hard work, the entire experience was not only successful but genuinely enjoyable. I couldn’t have asked for a better partner in this process, and I would wholeheartedly recommend him to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. If you want someone who is knowledgeable, responsive, and truly invested in your success, this is the real estate agent you want by your side.

Brace, and his staff, Erik, Cindy etc, are thoroughly professional. Everything they do, is as promised, and to the letter. Our home listed a week after first meeting with Brace, and had multiple offers, the first weekend. We are very pleased with everything that his team did for us, and would heartily recommend them for any real estate transaction. I saw them first hand and in action, because they were the listing agents for my son's home in Bearpath in Eden Prairie. They did a fabulous job, and the house was sold for 1.3 million. That alone convinced me, since it was the 3rd highest priced home to sell in Bearpath during that period. They are an outstanding team. Give them a call.

I had a wonderful experience buying this house with Maggie Page as my agent. Maggie is very knowledgeable and helpful.
