We looked at a lot of homes, and they truly listened to what we were looking for. Any time we wanted to see something, they responded immediately and made it happen. Because we were traveling from out of state, scheduling could have been difficult, but Katie and Jim were extremely flexible and always worked around our travel plans. Their insight on neighborhoods was invaluable, and their knowledge of remodeling and potential watch-outs really helped us evaluate properties with confidence. On top of their professionalism, they were simply enjoyable to work with—we always had a good time. We’re very grateful for their help and would gladly work with them again.

I was in the market for a downtown condo, after meeting with Mark for about 15 minutes he was able to determine the kind of property that would interest me.
