Could not recommend David more! He made the whole process as seamless as possible for our scenario. We were moving out of the country and wanted to sell before leaving if possible. The buyers threw some curveballs our way and David was there to help with every step of the process. He was always very quick to respond to our questions. The sale didn't end up finalizing before we left, but he helped us get everything in place while we were overseas to make sure it went through smoothly in the end.

Jim helped us sell a duplex in NE Minneapolis and a home in North Minneapolis. Jim approached both sales with prompt attention and got work moving quickly. In our home in North Minneapolis, we had a 15 foot deep hole in front of our house due to road construction and had multiple projects to tend to prior to selling. Jim helped research the road project to understand the timing of completion, had a great network of contractors to help prep the house for new owners, and helped with negotiations with the buyer during the inevitable back and forth proceeding the sale of a home. Jim managed both sales while we were away on travel and residing in another state. Both homes were listed within our expected timeframe and sold above what I thought they would sell for. Jim added value to our sales and helped us complete our sales goals in a timely manner. Would recommend working with him for home sales.

I first encountered Jennifer when she sold a unit similar to mine. She seemed very confident and was always very professional in dress and demeanor. I am disabled and she even helped me pack because of an early closing. I have a friend now. She has called a couple of times since the closing to see how things were going. I would hire her for any future moves. She was the best!!!
