My husband and I sold our home in NE Minneapolis in the spring of 2019 after we had moved to Seattle that winter. We thought it would be a hassle to sell our home from across the country, but Aaron went above and beyond tying up loose ends for us and ensuring that our home would show well. When he sent us the listing before it went live we couldn’t believe it was even the same house- it was immaculate and more stylish than we had left it! We received multiple offers the same weekend that the home went on the market and sold for well over our asking price in just days. In an unexpected turn of events, we moved back to Minneapolis in the fall of 2020 and needed to buy a home on a short timeline. Aaron made house shopping fun and easy. He even found us a short-term rental to live in while we looked for a home (he has so many connections in the Twin Cities!) During the buying process he was a great listener, helped us narrow our search, and gave us valuable guidance about negotiating and making our offer stand out among others. We are so happy in our new home in the Seward neighborhood! As both sellers and buyers we received top-tier service from Aaron, he is the absolute best realtor in the area.

I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.
