Vicky is very knowledgeable, efficient, friendly (lovely personality) and MOST IMPORTANTLY—VERY PATIENT. Lots of issues, extenuating circumstances involved with my property sale and, as crazy as it must have seemed to her, she dealt with it very well. She probably took many sighs of relief when it was over and done with. No matter how many times I called her throughout the process-she was there and available. I would gladly recommend her to anyone needing a realtor.

We recently had the pleasure of working with realtor, Randy Kellogg, we couldn't be happier with the outstanding job he did in selling our Eden Prairie MN home. From start to finish, his professionalism, expertise, and dedication were truly commendable. First and foremost, Randy demonstrated an in-depth knowledge of the local real estate market. He kept us well-informed about recent sales in the area, current market trends, and the factors that could impact the sale of our home. His advice was always spot-on and guided us in making informed decisions throughout the process. Randy has a high level of commitment, attention to detail, sense of urgency. He promptly answered our calls and emails, providing regular updates on showings, offers, and feedback from interested buyers. His ability to negotiate skillfully and advocate for our best interests was exceptional, resulting in a final sale price that exceeded our expectations. Randy is an outstanding realtor; we highly recommend him to anyone looking to sell their home. His extensive market knowledge, and approachable personality made it an enjoyable experience.
