I can go on and on but at the end of the day, just know that we have nothing but great things to say about Randy and we won't ever look for another realtor as long as Randy is in the business. I was in a tough spot. I didnt know where to go as i was a victim of predatory lending and had a property that needed to be sold fast. i was going into a foreclosure process when i remebered my old friend Randy. I decided to call him and he took everything by the hand and im happy to say it closed beatifully saving my credit and all. Randy is top-notch realtor and is, above all else, trustworthy. He's truly a pleasure to work with and puts his clients' interests before his own. He does his due diligence before showing a home to home-buyers by driving around the neighborhood, coming prepared with comps and visually inspecting the home. He is the rare type of realtor that would talk someone out of buying a house if it isn't a good fit for them -- especially in a tough market. Furthermore, Randy is an excellent negotiator. My wife and I recently purchased a new build and hired Randy as our realtor. The builder was new in the area and, consequently, Randy didn't have much experience working with them. That's why we were blown away when, after submitting our initial offer on the home, Randy was able to negotiate a price below our original offer. Keep in mind that builders can be tough to negotiate with. Overall, I'd recommend Randy to anyone. He's trustworthy.
