When it came time to negotiate I was very confident in Karen’s skills of communicating with the other agents and she handled all of the details making sure it ALL went smoothly. Working with Karen was a great experience all around. She is very passionate about finding a home that fits her clients style and goes the extra mile to search for it. She will keep you focused and stay optimistic even if it takes a while to find the “one”!! I would highly recommend Karen to anyone needing to buy or sell a house knowing they would be 100% satisfied and thank me personally.

It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Lisa was wonderful every step of the way, from pricing and staging my town home, to marketing and facilitating the closing. She is amazing!
