Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Brad was great and extremely knowledgeable. I've already recommended him to several friends. A very nice person as well. He definitely went above and beyond for me.

Carolyn always has made me feel that I am her top priority. I believe working for a smaller company gives her the opportunity to keep her client base manageable and make you feel that you are her sole customer. I never feel that I am competing with others for her time. She is a great communicator, excellent problem solver and has boundless energy and drive. There is no time limit feeling you get while working with Carolyn. She will dedicate whatever amount of time it takes to deal with your issue(s)! This lady is a true professional who gives you that down home, friendly comfortable feeling in what can be a very stressful time in your life...buying and selling your home. I would happily recommend Carolyn to anyone!!
