From the first interaction with Nick, he explained the process we were going to be going through. He gave us the facts and what to expect to see with the sales transaction. Also what and how much fixing to do on the house. He offered his insight when we received a couple of purchase offers. He made it a stress free experience. Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Claudia explained the processes of preparing my condo for sale and for searching for a new home very well. After the condo sold, she was efficient and persistent in helping me find a new place during a difficult buying time. When we toured places, her observations were insightful and when I finally made an offer that was accepted, she helped me complete the process in a way that was clear and fast. I would definitely recommend Claudia for anyone who is in the process or selling and/or buying!

Goes above & beyond,very knowledgeable thinks of things I wouldn't have thought of.Not just out to make a sale really feel she has her clients best interest in mind, Is Honest about concerns & always got back to me as soon as possible. She was recommended to me from my daughter & I would highly recommend her to anyone.

Stephanie is always amazing. I have now used her for multiple sales and purchases and she always does an amazing job. From initial walk through to the final walk through she was always there to answer any questions that I may have. Any future purchases or sales I make will be with Stephanie.
