We worked with Zuzek Pope Home & Land Specialists to sell our home. We were very happy with the total process. This was our third real estate transaction with Patty and David. They went above and beyond always keeping us informed with the status of our property. There were no last minute glitches. The closing went well. Jim and Robin are a great team! They answered all questions I had regarding the purchasing process, the market value and reasonable offer price, to walking through the home and discussing potential structural issues to consider. I felt they were personally invested in helping me find the best home for my family.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.
