We loooooved working with Leo Merman. I was impressed with his level of knowledge and the amount of data that he had about the market. He was ALWAYS available when we had questions. To summarize – Leo made us feel like friends and he made the whole process feel easy.

The strategy was not the best in the changing real estate landscape. Agent recommended advertising a low price and entertaining multiple offers above the asking price. I was not comfortable with this approach and we eventually settled on another price. A townhouse with the exact same floorplan and no updates (flooring, appliances, paint, etc.) about a block away was listed higher and sold for more than our unit. That listing was public several weeks prior to our listing. The agent had a family emergency that prevented him from providing service to us during the process.
