Kelli is amazing! She helped my family find and purchase our first home. I was actually dreading the process at first but she made it so easy us. She met with us to explain how the process works, we discussed our needs, budget etc. She took our needs and wants to heart and found us the perfect home. She went above and beyond in all aspects. She was so repsonsive (even when she was on vacation in Mexico with her family) and answered all of my quetsions. She also set me up with some wonderful vendors to work with to get the appropriate home loan and inspection. Kelli is knowledgable, responsive and cares about the people she works with. I 100% reccomend her and will work with her again in the future.

It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.

Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Mary was so knowledgeable about properties, neighborhoods, and even with resources needed for after purchase. She made even the tough parts about purchasing a home a breeze, never a break in communication. We would recommend Mary 1000%, without a doubt!
