Mim knew what to expect in selling our home that we lived in for almost 50 Years. She helped us find people to paint and clean and unload some of our accumulation. She was right on with the listing price and the buyer bid over it. Her attention to detail helped sell the house as well. I would highly recommend her as an agent in selling or buying a home. She has a great attitude, and is gracious and kind. She is very easy to work with and had many thoughtful suggestions.

Joe met with us, and from the first meeting we knew he was the right realtor to sell our house. He was very knowledgeable and thorough. He explained the process and was very positive. He helped us prepare to show our house and gave us help with recommending a painter. He kept us informed during the sale process so we felt we knew how things were going. We were pleased with the offers we got for our house and in the end very pleased with the final offer and sale. He's a true professional and we would recommend his services to anyone who wants to sell their house.

Steve was referred to us by a friend - we will continue to be friends with the referrer. Steve (and Sally and Francis) were exactly what you are looking for in a realtor. He was responsive and delightful to work with. He showed us plenty of properties and wasn’t shy to let us know the positives and negatives that he saw which was vital in helping us decide on a home. The balance between offering caution and recommendations is one he absolutely achieved. Where he really shined was after the decisions were made, he went to bat for us and the amount of stress he took off our plates made a world of difference. I wouldn’t hesitate to refer anyone to Steve and his team; I’d be confident that me and whoever is reading this would remain friends.
