Mim knew what to expect in selling our home that we lived in for almost 50 Years. She helped us find people to paint and clean and unload some of our accumulation. She was right on with the listing price and the buyer bid over it. Her attention to detail helped sell the house as well. I would highly recommend her as an agent in selling or buying a home.
