We decided to move across the country rather quickly. There is truly no way we could have done it without Kevin. We have worked with Kevin before, and so we knew we could trust his recommendations to get the house ready, to navigate selling it for the right price and to keep us from oversights and mis-steps along the way. Kevin has such a warm, calm (very important when you're going through the stress of moving across the country) and professional demeanor. Stellar communicator. He would reach out with timely updates and introduce considerations so that we could weigh out decisions with wisdom based upon our priorities--which he always honored so respectfully. He always informed us to empower us and was never pressuring or cajoling. He also rolled up his sleeves to help get things done with a smile on his face--there are countless things he helped us with that I don't think most realtors would even think to do. Once we moved and our house was yet to be sold, he was the one keeping up with EVERYTHING. Even selling the furniture on marketplace we left behind. Seriously. I'm pretty sure he did things for us he didn't even tell us about. He's an expert realtor, but more importantly, he's truly a really good man with solid character and unbeatable work ethic.

Not only did he make the referral that was instrumental in selling our oceanfront cottage in Cannon Beach, Oregon, but he also went above and beyond helping us buy our lake home while we were still in Cannon Beach. He made multiple trips to the lake house that we ultimately bought, gave us video tours of it, pausing and answering questions about every room, zooming in and out to help us get a better sense of the property and its amenities for all three of its buildings. Donavon handled every single detail so we could complete the purchase and closing while we were still in Cannon Beach! I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.

It took eight months and half a dozen rejected offers; finally, we got one. It was crazy, prices were sky rocketing, and people were paying. Throughout the entire time, Carol was patient, pleasant and persistent. To top it off, even after our offer was accepted, she continued to accel making sure I checked into everything. She provided connections to all aspects of home maintenance and home improvement, inside tips on what works well for this and that; and what impressed me the most was the way she stepped in to make sure I wasn't being overly stressed out by people demanding document after document during the closing period.
