My experience have been very pleasant with Ron buying this property with an unbelievable deal interest rate of 3% and it took 8 months of hard work to do it. Ron was able to notify me about the property before it was listed and we were able to give an offer right away. The FAH loane assumption is a very complicated and long process. Ron connected me to bankers and loans officers to help and made sure I’m happy working with them and encouraged me to work with who ever o want at the same time. Ron was always there I want to call, email or just vent and talk. The communication with the seller and their realtor needed to be flawless due to the complicated process and involvement of several parties. Ron took care of all the communication behind the seen and made it possible to make a deal with the seller who also waited the 8 months. I was given above and beyond the support and help I need.
