They have an unbelievable work ethic, great negotiating skills and communicated quickly and answered all our questions and concerns through the whole process. Keep in mind, I knew we could sell our house on our own, and were thinking about doing that, but when we started talking to Larry (through a friend referral), we were so impressed with his strategy and the process that we took the risk. I am a very picky and critical evaluator so it takes a lot for me to write a review and give such a high rating. Larry is an educator, marketer and strategist and works with a high level of integrity. He listened to our wants yet also advised us. There were so many times I was tempted to change something about the process or the price and in the end Larry was right. We trusted him and were able to get top dollar for our home which was significantly over asking price! His response time was very quick and he never made us feel like a bother (although we called probably way too many times!) For anyone who is not sure a realtor is worth their commission, I would recommend you at least call Larry. He won't pressure you into a contract and will work with you.
