Connie started sending pictures probably in February 2024 of potential houses we would buy. In May we went to view a house and loved it on 1st sight & put in an offer. However, the seller would not accept any contingencies. This created a little problem, since we Really wanted that house. Right away Connie put us in contact with New American Funding, what a God send. We were able to purchase the house and move in June 17th. Now, our house had to be listed and sold. Whoa!! this is where the down side came in. On June 13th we had a buyer, but due to unfortunate circumstances the buyer decided it wasnt for her and it took our house off the market for approximately 6 weeks. Due to Connie's hard work and tenacity the house finally sold on Oct. 25th. We were absolutely elated and can't thank her enough.

Could not recommend David more! He made the whole process as seamless as possible for our scenario. We were moving out of the country and wanted to sell before leaving if possible. The buyers threw some curveballs our way and David was there to help with every step of the process. He was always very quick to respond to our questions. The sale didn't end up finalizing before we left, but he helped us get everything in place while we were overseas to make sure it went through smoothly in the end.

We were completely impressed with Larry and his team on each step of the process of selling our home! Keep in mind, I knew we could sell our house on our own, and were thinking about doing that, but when we started talking to Larry (through a friend referral), we were so impressed with his strategy and the process that we took the risk. I am a very picky and critical evaluator so it takes a lot for me to write a review and give such a high rating. Larry is an educator, marketer and strategist and works with a high level of integrity. He listened to our wants yet also advised us. There were so many times I was tempted to change something about the process or the price and in the end Larry was right. We trusted him and were able to get top dollar for our home which was significantly over asking price! His response time was very quick and he never made us feel like a bother (although we called probably way too many times!) For anyone who is not sure a realtor is worth their commission, I would recommend you at least call Larry. He won't pressure you into a contract and will work with you.

Zaq was very helpful, and understanding to our needs. he was available to answer all our questions, very knowledgeable and he made the process of selling our home easy and simple.and will deff use him for our next project.
