Jenelle worked very hard to help us maximize the attractiveness and selling price of our home. Her market research was very thorough. We were initially skeptical of some of her recommendations for staging and paint, but after discussion with her, we accepted almost all of them and that certainly helped us sell our home in 3 days for more than the listing price. We were really impressed by all the things Jenelle did over and beyond what we expected from a listing real estate agent: planting flowers in the entry flower boxes; freshening the paint on a lot of our interior trim; helping us find buyers for fitness equipment in our garage; etc., etc. She was also very helpful in the closing process when some changes were necessary due to inspections and slightly complicated due to our travel.

Taylor is literally a dream to work with. I knew very little about purchasing a home, and he was very educational and personable to work with. I highly recommend him, and will definitely be using him when it is time for my next home purchase. I needed someone to hold my hand through the process and he was definitely there to do so!
