Easiest process I ever had!

Monica was amazing to work with. Her guidance and suggestions were instrumental in obtaining the property I wanted, at a fair price, and avoiding the typical pitfalls in the process. She never got tired of making properties available for me to inspect, sometimes multiple times, as I revised my plans. She was always available when I had questions and had excellent communication. The closing process was an absolute breeze. I remember back to the process 30 years ago when I bought my first house and what an ordeal it was. This was absolutely smooth. 30 minutes in and out and the keys were in my hand. I can't thank her enough for how easy she made this entire process and would recommend her to anyone serious about buying a quality property.
