Our house searching/buying journey began in Summer 2025 by me contacting Lisa, knowing she lived in a different state than me who lives in South Dakota, and asking for her advice on an agency to use in my town. I asked her this information on a late Sunday and by Monday morning she had an agency and a person lined up for me. The communication was impeccable. I could tell that she truly cared so much about helping me have the best experience possible. She went above and beyond her job duty description. The agency and agent that she found were honestly a perfect match for my husband and I. Not only did Lisa find me an agency and an agent, but she came alongside me through the whole searching/buying process. Lisa checked in on me frequently and always asked if there was anything more that I needed. We bought our house in October 2025 and I can tell you that Lisa STILL checks in and ask how things are going. Who does that? Not anyone I know of.
