Imagine an agent that thinks about your interests before their own... Now wake up. It's a dream, such a person can't exist, right? Well, I can not say enough good things about Erik Wendell. Here's the short list: patient - does not push you to take action he can sense you're hesitating on; responsive - he does all the running around and digging for you without delay or hint of frustration; knows the market - you don't have to wonder if you're paying too much or selling for too little, and he's not afraid to tell you if you're dreaming either - if you can't handle the truth, don't use Erik. But if you want it straight, Erik is your best friend. Erik is my agent for life.
