I was going through a major life change plus trying to find a place that not only could I afford, but somewhere I would feel “at home”. It was a long process as I wasn’t quite ready to actually buy. Shayla not only was very kind and patient, but she worked with me just like an old friend. Always gently picking my brain to gauge where I was, casually asking probing questions where I suddenly veered in a different direction. My place went off the market the day after I looked at, but when it became available again, Shayla wasted no time to get my offer in, mastered a few roadblocks that popped up, all while being a source of support. I highly recommend her!

Neale &Lisa explained in detail the whole process, what to expect and answered every question plain and simple. During this home sale the communication consistent along the journey. They always made it feel like we were family and had our best interest in mind. The valuation was explain in detail and helped making the big decision for price. We were shocked with how many offers we got and with all the knowledge, communication and experience this team had the house sold on a pre-sale,day before weekend open houses it had the yard sign changed “This Home is Taken”! We highly recommend the Cole’s and in our family they have become our Realtors. They are ambitious,honest,kindhearted and real people the kind that seem to be rare these days. We know we will always be using them for all our realitor needs in the future.

Our house searching/buying journey began in Summer 2025 by me contacting Lisa, knowing she lived in a different state than me who lives in South Dakota, and asking for her advice on an agency to use in my town. I asked her this information on a late Sunday and by Monday morning she had an agency and a person lined up for me. The communication was impeccable. I could tell that she truly cared so much about helping me have the best experience possible. She went above and beyond her job duty description. The agency and agent that she found were honestly a perfect match for my husband and I. Not only did Lisa find me an agency and an agent, but she came alongside me through the whole searching/buying process. Lisa checked in on me frequently and always asked if there was anything more that I needed. We bought our house in October 2025 and I can tell you that Lisa STILL checks in and ask how things are going. Who does that? Not anyone I know of. I couldn't highly recommend anyone more than Lisa Cole.
