Knowledgeable about the market and helped us get a great deal on the house and interest rate. Knowledgeable about houses and fixes and projects. Quick communication with us and anyone he needed to communicate with for us. On top of solving any and all issues that came up. Connections to people who are now helping us with projects at our new house. Overall very nice guy to work with too. We have small children and he was so sweet and kind to them.
