We have had 10 different agents in the past. Bree is the best one we have ever had. Her advice was spot on. From market knowledge to staging to negotiating, she provided excellent advice and her communication skills are outstanding. She is clearly passionate about every aspect of real estate. We had a couple of challenging situations arise and she guided us through them perfectly. She is very detailed and tenacious. She quickly gets answers to any question that may arise. She’s an excellent negotiator. We were ready to sign and she advised us to hold out for a better deal and she was right. We could not be more pleased with Bree. You will not be disappointed if you choose her as your agent!

I cannot recommend Tim Schepers highly enough! He was our agent for both selling our previous home and purchasing our new one, and he handled both transactions with an exceptional level of diligence, professionalism, and expertise. What I initially thought would be a stressful and complicated process turned out to be incredibly smooth, thanks to his hard work and dedication. Our situation was far from simple, with contingencies, shifting timelines, and plenty of moving parts, but Tim remained flexible, proactive, and eager to help us every step of the way. His deep knowledge—not just of the market, but of the homes themselves—was invaluable. He provided honest, well-informed insights that helped us make smart decisions, steering us away from potential pitfalls while still maintaining an optimistic and solution-oriented approach. His work ethic is second to none. Whether it was selling our home for the best possible price or finding the perfect new place for us, he was always responsive, detail-oriented, and truly invested in our success. I’m incredibly grateful to have had him by our side throughout this journey, and I would absolutely work with him again in the future. If you’re looking for a realtor who is knowledgeable, hardworking, and truly dedicated to his clients, Tim Schepers is the one to call. He is one in a million! From the bottom of our hearts: Thank you for everything, Tim.

My husband and I, were referred to Sharon. She was very personable, and knowledgeable. Sharon helped us through all aspects, of the house sale. We could not have done it without her. House sold in just days. Thank you, Sharon.
