Nicole understands the emotional attachment with buying and selling a home while providing a reality check to ensure everything aligns with clients short term and long term goals. This was the third home we purchased with Nicole’s help, two were during a very hot seller’s market which meant multiple offers. Each time she was patient and committed to finding us the right home. She has the buyers best interest in mind and has a keen sense for pointing out pros/cons in each house we looked at. One example was the condition and number of windows to consider for future replacement costs given the price point of the home. Nicole’s use of market data to help manage realistic purchase offers within the context of current conditions as well as pricing a home to sell made the purchase and closing smooth.
