The house sold in 1 day 30+K above listing but that is not the story. Before the sale she helped (and paid for) a handyman, window washers, cleaners and most all a staging expert to make the house look its best. After the sale she was key in resolving an issue with the homeowners association which continued to deduct monthly fees after the sale.
