Once I hired Aubrey She immediately began getting my home ready for the market including taging, painting portions of the homes interior, and pressure washing parts of the homes exterior that needed attention. These are all things the previous realtor did not do.  The key for Aubrey is her utilization of unique marketing strategies and home prepping techniques that many other agents don’t do or do at the sellers expense! Could not recommend David more! He made the whole process as seamless as possible for our scenario. We were moving out of the country and wanted to sell before leaving if possible. The buyers threw some curveballs our way and David was there to help with every step of the process. He was always very quick to respond to our questions. The sale didn't end up finalizing before we left, but he helped us get everything in place while we were overseas to make sure it went through smoothly in the end.

The house sold in 1 day 30+K above listing but that is not the story. Before the sale she helped (and paid for) a handyman, window washers, cleaners and most all a staging expert to make the house look its best. After the sale she was key in resolving an issue with the homeowners association which continued to deduct monthly fees after the sale. Always able to reached by phone or text provided a good deal of peace of mind.
