It was so much fun to go into homes with her; she made the experience very personable. She would often point out and notice certain things that we wouldn't have thought of or considered otherwise. Her knowledge on what to look for, the process, and how to move forward if we hit a road bump took a lot of weight off our shoulders! I’ve been in the home building industry for nearly 20 years and Dennis is hands-down the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. He was so thorough with researching the comparables in our area and knew the market extremely well. When it came time to list he pulled out all the stops, coordinated a virtual tour & high level professional photography, organized a stager to review the home and even scheduled a painter to professionally paint one of our rooms. All this was within a week and a half so we could list our home quickly to make sure we hit the fall sales season. When the offers came in he was so helpful and ready to answer our questions.
