I met Ron through family. He presented me with several pages of information with regard to property near mine, which was helpful. I have lived in America for 11 years, but never been involved in property negotiations. I had sold 3 of my properties in South Africa at the price I asked. We disagreed on the price of the property, but I thought he knew better, so agreed on his pricing. In all our dealings Ron communicated well and expeditiously. When I did not understand how or why something was done, such as the many taxes to be paid, he was happy to explain it to me. The closing was well handled. I would recommend his services as a realtor.

Todd was such an amazing realtor to work with when buying our first home! Me and my boyfriend were immediately impressed with todd on our first house tour. He was so knowledgable and he pointed out so many things we would have never noticed or thought about. We learned so much so quickly! He was friendly and kind while also being professional, we all clicked right away. After touring almost 10 houses, we ended up finding the house we would call home. Todd knew right away when we loved the house and right after we left, he was immediately trying to contact the seller/agent for us. He did everything he could so that we could get our offer in asap. Later in the process, he was still amazing at communicating with us and the seller and answering all of our questions, regardless of what time of day or night it was. He worked around the clock. Even after buying our house, Todd is still willing to answer our questions and help us with referrals. He knows so many people and has so many resources! He made this process so easy for us and we are forever thankful!!

Vonna was very supportive with anything that help sell my home. Work I needed done she got me in touch with a excellent contractor. Kept me updated with where the market was. Kept me post with feed back was never pushing have me her suggestion but it was always my decision and supportive with it. I had a very pleasant experience with Vonna with selling my house.
