Mary Pat was very knowledgeable about the local market and recommended the perfect listing price for my house. She guided me through the selling process and handled the negotiations with skill. Her communication is excellent and always timely. You won't go wrong with her.

Mary was also the realtor that helped me buy this home originally. It was time for me to find a bigger place and reached back out to her after a few years of living in my original home. We hit the ground running, she is very professional, very knowledgeable, looking out for our best interest, very easy to communicate with in any capacity (time, text, e-mail, call). One of my favorite qualities is she will voice her opinions on various situations in this process that are not things people regularly understand, whether it be something with the purchase agreement or what to be aware of at any step in the process. She gives us good information to make good decisions on our own without the feeling that we need to be pressured to make one decision over another.

I will recommend Doni to friends and family
