Michael Stotesbery was fantastic to work with. He got my places sold quickly with a brief bidding war so that it sold for more than asking price. Also, he was unbelievably helpful in coordinating any help I needed (cleaners, painters, stagers, etc - he gave me great contacts) and was the only agent I talked to who was very honest and practical in terms of what was worth spending money on and what wasn’t. If I’d listened to others, I would have spent a lot of unnecessary $ on updates. He’s very low key and easy to talk to. They were such a joy to work with. They listened to what we wanted and should us many homes. Our daughter and son in law went to look at houses for us as we were living in Texas. They explained everything to us and kept us posted and up to date on all correspondence. If I ever decide to sell and move again I will definitely call them.
