Claudia explained the processes of preparing my condo for sale and for searching for a new home very well. After the condo sold, she was efficient and persistent in helping me find a new place during a difficult buying time. When we toured places, her observations were insightful and when I finally made an offer that was accepted, she helped me complete the process in a way that was clear and fast. I would definitely recommend Claudia for anyone who is in the process or selling and/or buying!

Brace, and his staff, Erik, Cindy etc, are thoroughly professional. Everything they do, is as promised, and to the letter. Our home listed a week after first meeting with Brace, and had multiple offers, the first weekend.
