As of March 14, we are homeowners at only 23 years old! Many will agree when I say the home buying process is confusing and frustrating, especially when purchasing your first home. Jill must have arranged nearly two dozen showings for us and took time to really understand what we were looking for in our future home by taking real time to get to know the four of us at a person-level. She upheld her positivity and reminded us to keep ours during some of the more difficult times in our 45-day close. All four of us can each recall a time when Jill told us to “stay positive”. Whether it was during the house hunt, inspection, the appraisal, or asking the sellers to make required repairs from our lender, she made sure all of us understood the hard-to-understand pieces and held hope things would fall as they should.
