Lisa helped us negotiate with the builder and informed us the process. We are very happy with the purchase.<br/><br/>Selling a home: Our previous house was listed with her. It was like a miracle sale! When we were working on painting the house, Lisa called us and said that we needed to get the house listed in a couple of days. She said she may have found a buyer. To make a long story short, the buyer accepted our counteroffer within a FEW days of the listing date. Although we were very fortunate, Lisa helped us get more than we expected and helped us sell the house in a very short time. <br/><br/>We highly recommend Lisa!!

We first had Michelle come out to our house and give an appraisal. We weren’t ready to sell, but she was able to talk us into fixing a few things up and getting it on the market. We were very surprised at the appraisal she gave us. Higher than what we thought. ( we also had 2 offers in just one day and we took the offer that was the best. Sold for over what we were asking.) What a great feeling to know the hard work we put into getting the house ready to sell paid off.
