Mim knew what to expect in selling our home that we lived in for almost 50 Years. She helped us find people to paint and clean and unload some of our accumulation. She was right on with the listing price and the buyer bid over it. Her attention to detail helped sell the house as well. I would highly recommend her as an agent in selling or buying a home. She has a great attitude, and is gracious and kind. She is very easy to work with and had many thoughtful suggestions.

The strategy was not the best in the changing real estate landscape. Agent recommended advertising a low price and entertaining multiple offers above the asking price. I was not comfortable with this approach and we eventually settled on another price. A townhouse with the exact same floorplan and no updates (flooring, appliances, paint, etc.) about a block away was listed higher and sold for more than our unit. That listing was public several weeks prior to our listing. The agent had a family emergency that prevented him from providing service to us during the process.

Elizabeth and Aidan went over and above to help me with the sale of my family home this year. They had excellent recommendations for upgrades to make my home more attractive to buyers, presented the market comparables very clearly and in the end we received a very good sale price. I was living in another state during the sale and they looked after the home for me and even helped with coordination of trades workers and moving my staging furniture prior to closing, They were also a big help in finding vendors and tradespeople for the upgrades, and window and interior cleaners. I can't say enough about how helpful they were given my situation. Elizabeth was also very good at communicating regularly and making clear decisions about initial pricing and price adjustments based on the market conditions.
