From our first meeting until the sale was final, Tracy kept me informed every step of the way. At all times Tracy communicates what is happening, offers suggestions as to showing strategies and keeps the sellers informed of any and all feedback provided when shown. Tracy insures once an offer is made that you, the seller, is fully aware of all possible options in either accepting, countering or declining. Not once did I feel like I was waiting to hear what was going on, I never had to wait Tracy is on top of it all. I would recommend Tracy to either a seller or buyer with confidence that she will treat them well.

After sometime trying to sell on my own, we gave Julie the opportunity to sell our property and she got it sold in record time. Thanks Julie.
