From our first meeting until the sale was final, Tracy kept me informed every step of the way. At all times Tracy communicates what is happening, offers suggestions as to showing strategies and keeps the sellers informed of any and all feedback provided when shown. Tracy insures once an offer is made that you, the seller, is fully aware of all possible options in either accepting, countering or declining. Not once did I feel like I was waiting to hear what was going on, I never had to wait Tracy is on top of it all. I had been looking at realtor listings for a few months and Tracy Steinberg was always near the top. One day this spring, I got a call from Tracy to see if she could sell our property for us. What good luck for us! I did have concerns on finding someone in Owatonna that could have the proper enthusiasm for our unique property and Tracy had the perfect drive to accomplish the task at hand. She was very patient with our process to get the property ready as we are 5 siblings trying to sell during a pandemic and some of us live out of state.
