We would recommend Jeremy as a realtor to anybody. We started working with him about 2 1/2 years ago with plans of listing our house for sale. He came out to our house and made recommendations of having our house ready to list. He took time to write up a market analysis for us showing our house value and comps of others. As life goes we had many unforeseen obstacles to get through that drug things out. Jeremy was so understanding and patient with us and never pushy. He did two more market analysis’s for us and came out to our house to give more recommendations and comments on what we had did for updates. He truly is an exceptional realtor with a lot of knowledge to help you sell your house!

As of March 14, we are homeowners at only 23 years old! Many will agree when I say the home buying process is confusing and frustrating, especially when purchasing your first home. Jill must have arranged nearly two dozen showings for us and took time to really understand what we were looking for in our future home by taking real time to get to know the four of us at a person-level. She upheld her positivity and reminded us to keep ours during some of the more difficult times in our 45-day close. All four of us can each recall a time when Jill told us to “stay positive”. Whether it was during the house hunt, inspection, the appraisal, or asking the sellers to make required repairs from our lender, she made sure all of us understood the hard-to-understand pieces and held hope things would fall as they should. Buying a home felt like the most impossible accomplishment before we started. Jill not only made it feel possible, but she also helped make it possible.
