The stars were aligned when I met Lisa. I couldn't have found a better agent or person with whom to enjoy my experience finding a home for my mother. I know from the first few minutes chatting with her at an open house that she was an honest, smart, insightful and overall highest quality person; someone who you just want to spend your time with and get to know better. Lisa was quick to get to work, she met with me to get a sense for my needs and helped me discover that I was open to other options for mom that I hadn't considered. I ended up purchasing a condo when I thought I was only looking for a townhome. Without Lisa, I would have never gotten there, and this was truly the best fit for mom. What a gem Lisa is. If you get the chance to work with her, take it. She is remarkable and I adore her!

My home would not have sold without God’s intervention and His angel real estate agent Ryan Dybevik. Ryan made the process super smooth, easy, and painless. Ryan was always there to answer any question that I may have at any time weekday or weekend. Ryan was professional, thorough, and well informed of the current market conditions.

Words cannot express how thankful I am to have had Katie as my realtor. She was incredibly patient with me as I slowly got the ball rollin' with home improvements after my divorce (I mean waiting a few MONTHS for me). This was my first time selling a house and she was the best guide and advocate one could ask for. Plus, she was understanding and supportive, too - and even was a grounding force when I sometimes felt like the world was swallowing me whole during the selling process. We appreciate him outlining the steps for us to take to thoughtfully prepare our home for selling. He is well connected and resourceful. On the buying side, we appreciate his broad knowledge and efficiency. Justin’s background in lending was immensely helpful. We feel so fortunate to have found a new home that we love to accommodate our growing family. Overall Justin is not only a wonderful realtor, but he’s a great person and we look forward to staying in touch with him.

We were completely impressed with Larry and his team on each step of the process of selling our home! Keep in mind, I knew we could sell our house on our own, and were thinking about doing that, but when we started talking to Larry (through a friend referral), we were so impressed with his strategy and the process that we took the risk. I am a very picky and critical evaluator so it takes a lot for me to write a review and give such a high rating. Larry is an educator, marketer and strategist and works with a high level of integrity. He listened to our wants yet also advised us. There were so many times I was tempted to change something about the process or the price and in the end Larry was right. We trusted him and were able to get top dollar for our home which was significantly over asking price! His response time was very quick and he never made us feel like a bother (although we called probably way too many times!) For anyone who is not sure a realtor is worth their commission, I would recommend you at least call Larry. He won't pressure you into a contract and will work with you.
