When looking for homes he helped out choosing the right one. He pointed out the defects of the house and how it could affect me and my family in the long run. Everytime wanted to look at homes I would give him a list and we would be able to go visit those homes. He also helped to reduce the price I had to pay. Overall best experience for the first time and happy with my purchase.

My partner and I moved to Minneapolis from Madison, which meant we had a very short window of availability whenever we were in town, so time was of the essence. Bryan quickly and efficiently scheduled numerous showings for us to capitalize on the short time we able to see houses in person. He even looked at the houses with us as if he were the prospective buyer himself, pointing out positives (and occasional negatives) of different aspects of the houses and the reasoning behind why they were positives/negatives. We greatly appreciated his ever-prompt replies via text at all hours of the day/night and his knowledge of the different neighborhoods in Minneapolis (including good cafes and restaurants in the area!). On the rare occasion he didn't have an answer to one of our many questions, he was always able to point us to someone who did. He was also always so ready to keep us in the loop about next steps in the homebuying process. On top of all that, he was so nice and good-humored! We really appreciated his balance of driven efficiency while giving us time to look around the homes without feeling rushed. If the next house we buy is in Minneapolis, we'll do our absolute best to work with Bryan again!
