I debated about writing a review…but here it is. I wasn’t that impressed from start to finish. He was not personable but did get the job done. When listing our house for sale I felt there were some key interest points that were left out of the description and after closing on our house we learned that we were either mislead or there was a misunderstanding with information that should’ve been known. That was disappointing. When purchasing the new home we had already picked out the property we wanted and there were no issues with that process. All in all I would not go with him again.

Patricia was very thorough it helping getting my home ready to sell. Telling me what things needed to be fixed or replace. She also was available at all hours to answer any questions. Definitely recommending to all of my friends for their home buying/selling needs
