We love that he was honest about telling us not to worry about fixing up every little thing, or buying all new appliances, flooring, etc. - this saved us a lot of money in the end. He helped us choose a realistic price for our house, and was able to get us more than what we were originally anticipating. Ryan easily worked through what might have been a tricky negotiation if he weren't as experienced or knowledgeable. Because he was doing both our sale and purchase, he was able to arrange timings for closings that were practical and worked with our timing.For the purchase of our new home, he helped us set up an easy to use online system where we could ask him questions about each property and my husband and I could leave notes for each other. Ryan worked with our busy schedules and had great suggestions about what to look for in each property. When viewing properties, he was knowledgeable about the area, and had great insight into what red flags to look for inside the property.
